BACK GROUND Crosis Gaming is a competitive Rainbow 6 Siege team on Xbox ONE. The team was founded by Nolan Warner (Meleeurass225) in the summer of 2016 with the help of Team Captain Christian McElroy (Chaosheaven 234). Crosis Gaming also has a sub-team for new players and for players not actively participating on the Crosis starting roster. The sub-team is called Exarch Gaming. To players interested in becoming members of either Crosis Gaming or our affiliate, Exarch Gaming please read the following requirements. 1. Player must have Xbox LIVE with an active Gold account. 2. Player must own Tom Clancy's Rainbow 6 Siege. 3. Player must own a working headset with a microphone. 4. Player must be at least a level 85 on Rainbow 6. 5. At the time of application, player must be at least ranked as a Silver 4 or higher. 6. Player must live in the continental United States. 7. If selected for membership, player must follow the Crosis Gaming and/or Exarch Gaming Code of Conduct. Not following the Code of Conduct could lead to reprocussions including expulsion. HOW TO JOIN? 1. Email an admin using your ESL account email address. 2. Your email should include at least the following items: Xbox LIVE gamer tag; a brief description of why you want to join Crosis Gaming. (Optional) Ranked W/L ratio and Ranked K/D ratio. 3. After review of your application, an admin will email you with either an acceptance or denial message at the email you provided. From that point on, follow the admin's instructions. CODE OF CONDUCT 1. Crosis Gaming does not and will not decline membership due to race, sex, religion, creed, nationality, or ethnicity. Likewise no member of Crosis Gaming will make fun of a member's or opponent's race, sex, religion, creed, nationality, or ethnicity for any reason. Players who are found to have broken this rule face immediate expulsion, a ban, and a report to the ESL. 2. Players will maintain a friendly and sportsmanship like manner amongst team mates and opponents. Players caught performing actions such as: tea bagging, taunting, delay of game, exploiting game bugs, or any other action deemed by the admin team as unsportsmanlike will face repercussions. 3. Crosis Gaming holds an open ears policy when it comes to game techniques and strategies. All players are welcome and encouraged to share ideas with the team for the benefit of the team. As such, no member will ever shut out or refuse another member based on his or her ideas. 4. All members of Team Crosis will follow the ESL tournament rules and code of conduct. Players will listen to and obey ESL officials and their rulings. 5. All players must maintain an open line of communication; whether it be phone, email, or social media. Team members are expected to answer team messages in a timely manner. If there is something else going on at the time and you cannot reply soon, please reply at the earliest convenience. Players who do not answer any communications after several attempts could be placed as an Inactive Player, and will suffer the penalty as such. If you are going out of town or will be away from the game for any long period of time, please contact a team admin so that we will know not to expect you until your return. If you must leave the game for an extended period of time due to long-term life events lasting longer than 2 weeks (i.e. bootcamp, summer camp, extensive travel, death in family etc.) please inform an admin. You will be placed as an honorary member until your return so that you do not lose your place in the team. Failure to inform an admin of such a lengthy leave of absence could lead to you being marked as inactive, and you will suffer the penalties as such. 6. If you are placed as an inactive member, an admin will inform you via your provided contact information. Once placed as inactive, you will have 2 weeks from the inactive date to reply and detail as to why you have been absent. If no contact has been made after 2 weeks, the members of Crosis Gaming will hold a vote for either termination of membership or a sending down to our affiliate team for an undisclosed period of time. All decisions are final. 7. Please be kind and courteous to everyone, team mate or opponent. We are all here to have fun and enjoy this great game. Please don't ruin it for everyone else with a toxic attitude. 8. Crosis Gaming hold the right to remove a player based on incompetence of skill. If you cannot keep up or compete at the current level, the team reserves the right to cancel your membership or send you down to the affiliate team. Removal of a player from Crosis Gaming will be held by a vote of all other members. The vote must be unanimous. If you are removed from the team entirely, we will provide you with the reason for your removal. Should you feel like later on in time you have improved enough to compete, you are more than welcome to apply back with Crosis Gaming! NEW PLAYER PROCEDURE 1. New players will be given a trial period by a team admin in which he or she can display their abilities. 2. Players will compete with the team in online ranked play. The team and its admins will be watching for: team communication skills, player's use of operator gadget, player's slaying ability, and the player's decision making skills. 3. After an undisclosed amount of games, the team hold a vote on whether or not to accept you into Crosis Gaming. If a player is accepted, it will then be up to the team admins to whether you join Crosis Gaming on the starting roster, or go to Exarch Gaming to polish your skills. 4. All decisions are final. Any issues you may have can be taken up privately with a team admin.
