| Summary !!!!!!! At its peak a highly regarded, active clan with several servers, both modded and base. Mixture of some of the storngest individuals and teamplay in the history of JKA, and few clans had a better laugh than us in ja+ days, hence seemingly every tom dick and harry in jka wanting in. in its history, there were a few 'dicks'. one tom. and no harry's. After joining ESL, this 'fun active clan' instantly turned into the strongest team in the world for some time, to the surprise of everyone...including ourselves somewhat :p While trying to maintain the 'fun modded' area of o3, the success in ESL led many players to focus on base tffa, leading to many members joining ja+ clans or sadly going inactive. o3 had eventually split into 3 teams in ESL - a 'fun squad' for the players who werent bothered about victory, they just want to play and learn. a er...'wank'...squad, concerned with getting wins, and working together on teamwork, and finally the 'main' team, involving the highest proportion of o3's best players. Many players moved from team to team on a regular basis, helping the 3 to feel as much like a single community as possible. From an ESL point of view, we have a very strong record, some of which is below...obviously i dont remember all of it, and some of its probably wrong. care. from a ja+ point of view, you'll just have to take my word for how great it was if you werent lucky enough to be there :) Ozone Main - TDM #1 - for ages, on and off - mostly due to more active teams getting points faster, then losing them to us, and then rejecting challenges 4 months solid after that, leading to us going inactive out of boredom. (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND THAT YOU SUCK!!) Wank squad and funky ...er someone more knowledgable could perhaps remind me, feels so long ago :( UnderwearTakers 2v2 #1 - Osiris and inSane - regarded by many as the best 2v2 team ever in jka history, and nice guys...enough said! Fox and Toaster - 2v2 #1 - regarded by many as erm...nice people. nice people who got to #1 godamnit! but we're only remembered for being nice, and that'll do nicely :p Ven and Dark - 2v2 #1 - cant remember thier team name, and i think the same team was used with various different names and teams...whatever....imo the strongest 2v2 team ever, ever, ever. never lost anything, ever, ever. also nice guys. 1v1 ladder..er..there was a time with 5 o3 in the top 20, and that was when it was competive, unlike todays '5 matches for a #10 spot'. went something like osi - 4 ins -5 fox - 6, but frankly that was the wrong way round. osi then went on to beat everyone, ever, sort of, and ins and fox didnt do anything. so many other teams and players, i dont feel like i can comment on them myself...check thier team and member profiles if you're like a wierd stalker or w/e. Today, whenver i see o3 people playing, they're continuing the trend of being friendly, funny people, most of whom are still knocking seven shades of shit out of the 'good' players that are around today :p i cba typing anymore, but there was so much more. imo we were the best thing in jka's history, ever. but i'd be biased, as i'm still part of it today <3 - Fox |
