We started this fine Clan about 3 years ago, when we were part of the sWs clan and felt the need to run our own community the way we wanted. Unreal Tournament 2004 was our main game, and Low Grav Instagib was our main gametype. More and more people joined our clan, and our forums became highly active, which they still are! This game type was highly active for quite some time. Our clan kept several servers running, untill the gametype became less popular and infested with cheaters that took the fun out of it for the whole community. We then became active in NGi (Capture the Flag) and TAM. Also Battlefield II was added as a Clan game. With the addition of Battlefield II we basically became a Multigaming Community. A server was kept online for this game for a while aswell untill people lost interest for the game and got distracted by BF2142. The clan stayed active in NGi and TAM, but had to drop NGi due to the decreasing activity in this gametype. We were all waiting for a new challenge; UT2007, later named UT3. Just recently our TAM Division ceased to exist, and we declared UT2K4 a dead game. Our Members are currently playing Counterstrike: Source actively, and we are planning to enter official competitions with our team. Ofcourse we have a public server for this game, and a War server to play matches on. Finally the waiting for UT3 is over, and we can start to focus on a new chapter in IDS history! Our clan offers different Memberships: Active Member: A Member that is active in game, attending practises etc. With full forum acces Member: A Member that is not able to be as active as required for Active Membership, yet wanting to stay connected to the Clan to become active again when possible. Full forum acces Community Member: A person that feels at home in our community, but not playing the games that we play. Extra forum privileges compared to normal registered persons. Honourable Member: A person that has helped our Clan in an extraordinary way. Full forum acces Join our forums and be a part of our active and growing community, join us in game and have fun with us on our server(s) and TeamSpeak.
