| Team LYNX is founded by Patrick van der Plaats and Rody Kandel in March 2017 after being part of the European esports world as players for a long time. Team LYNX started it’s adventure after seeing a lack of professional guidance in young talented gaming players in the Benelux while the professional gaming industry market has seen an tremendous growth in the last decade. The purpose of our organisation is to scout and guide talented gaming players and teams to help them reach their full potential within esports. This organisation is run by a team of passionate professionals who all have experience within the gaming industry.
