| Sypher, a great, inviting, supportive and loving community. All about growing our members and being with them every step of the way in their journey of improvement and growth. We recruit everyone. Everyone that is motivated to improve and get better. We will not take people who think they will be at the top in an instant or aren’t willing to put in the work. Only people who are dedicated to the game will be picked to join this project. The system we have chosen for this is different divisions of skill, starting at the clouds for lower level players getting a grip of the game, working up to the atmosphere where the experienced can show why they’re at the top and eventually progress to our main roster. This is to be certain everyone can progress the fastest they possibly can to be the best they ever could as we want all our members to succeed. Every divisions will be splitted up in two rosters: the cells, red and blue. Each cells are composed of 3 rosters (1 leader + members), one for each academies (Designing, Editing, Playing). During each seasons (1 month), The Cells of each divisions will compete against each others. Designers will have to make AVIs for their cell, players to send the best clips and editors to edit a whole 1 minute montage with all the clips sent by the cell\'s members. In the end of the season, the leads of each category will have to decide who rank up to the next division and who stay in the same one. Our main roster/team are the top players in the server. They will be the ones leading the other members in the below divisions listed earlier. Currently, this project is in developpement, so we are in need of people that are talented to Lead or if they don\'t want to, even join directly the Competitive/etc Roster.
