| We are an electronic sports association of Portuguese origin managed by young entrepreneurs with strong management skills and innovative minds, with national and international scope. The project was born on May 28, 2002, and since then we’ve been developing projects related to electronic sports. Our constant will to evolve and grow allowed us to be legally constituted as a non-profit association on January 30, 2008. Originally known as Underworld Preachers it began as a simple clan in Unreal Tournament (UT99), due to the rapid rate of success and notoriety the expansion to other games came naturally. The main philosophy of Grow uP Gaming are teams in the development phase that show great potential that with the support of the association can grow and achieve the best possible results. Above all we value the respect for other players, fair-play and attitude towards others. As the name suggests the associations stands for the growth of the players, in technical and personal level, taking wins and defeats with our heads held high, the growth of communities, old and new alike, so they can become bigger and better, and also the growth of the gaming scene, so it can be more competitions even more competitive.
